Beth Corbin in one word - personalization. Beth shephered a family of brothers who lost their 95 year old Mom through the monstrous task of selling their childhood home. Beth Corbin patiently educated us and then expertly managed every detail of our house sale, including spot-on advertising and pricing. With her keen insight she identified areas of needed work and arranged workers, painters, cleaners, and was then present on site to give them access. She also advised where cosmetic improvements would suffice, finding an affordable perfect bed cover or used table centerpiece. Beth Corbin helped empty the house of 50 years of stuff - driving carloads to second-hand shops, managing estate buyers visits, and weekly hauls to the curb. We were continually amazed, and so very grateful, for her caring dedication and personalization.
